1-11-2015: Week 1 Q&A

I have written about many different topics during the first week of my independent study. Some topics that I have written about may be difficult to understand because as Judge Helmick explained, many people have no need to understand the judicial system because the majority of the population neither files a lawsuit nor is charged with a crime. Therefore, I am holding a question and answer right here for those who may have some questions or would like clarification.
